Due to Thanksgiving and our team's bouts at Tuff-N-Uff this weekend, Legends MMA / BeSpun will be closed Thursday and Friday

BeSpun schedule for Saturday, November 28:

1030-1130am The Ride
12-1pm Open Pole
1-2pm Pole Dance Workout Beg/Int
2-3pm Pole Dance Workout

Legends schedule for Saturday, November 28:

1030am-3pm Open Gym

There will be no Legends classes until Monday, when we resume our regular schedule.
